📢Mumineen traveling with Fayz e Husayni Karachi are given the opportunity to select their desired Hadya from a collection.
Kindly fill out the below form.
* This form must be filled separately for each applicant. (If traveling with family, a separate form is required for every member.)
* only 1 Hadya is to be selected by each mumin.Duplicate entry or multiple selections will not be entertained.
* 🚫Infants are not valid for selection.
* 🚫Selection done once will not be changed.
* If selection is not done by any of the applicant, they will be given one of the Hadya by Fayz e Husayni.
